What is Lacrosse?

Lacrosse is a team game played with special sticks and ball. Objective of the game is, when passing the ball through the air, shoot it past the keeper. Lacrosse is Canada’s national sport, but is also very popular in other English-speaking countries such as the US , Australia, and UK. In recent years, lacrosse is becoming one of the fastest growing sports in the world.

The first World Championship was held in Ontario, Canada in 1967, the first European Championship was in 1995.
